This is the privacy statement of Spoedtest.nl, a trade name of Health Tests & Supplies B.V., hereinafter: HTS. HTS is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 80366155 and is located at Robert Scottstraat 12 (1056AX) in Amsterdam. This document explains how HTS handles the processing of your personal data. HTS takes the greatest possible care when processing your personal data.

Obtaining personal data

If you use the services of HTS, you provide personal data to HTS, or personal data will be obtained from you on the basis of any agreement. Personal data is means: all data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Your medical personal data (test result) will only be processed, saved and stored on the basis of your explicit consent. Need of processing

The processing of your personal data is necessary to be able to provide our services. The services offered by HTS cannot be fully performed without processing your personal data. If your explicit permission is required for specific purposes with regard to the personal data, you must give separate permission for this.

Medical personal data (test result) is automatically destroyed (and not stored) after a maximum of 72 hours.

Retention period

The personal data processed by HTS is stored in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. If a longer retention period is necessary on the basis of legislation or regulations, the personal data will be stored longer in accordance with these requirements. All medical personal data (test result) is kept no longer than two weeks after you got your result.

The third parties with whom personal data is shared are:

  • GGD (in the event of a positive result), for the benefit of the legitimate interest and on the basis of a legal obligation. The categories of personal data that are processed are the name, address and contact details.
  • Corona Check app (VWS), for the purpose of generating a pairing code for a valid corona admission ticket in the Corona Check app.
  • Ticketcounter, for the processing of the appointment data as well as the sending of the results.
  • Secumailer, for the safe sending of results according to the standards set in the NTA7516.
  • Holland Diagnostics, for the purpose of analyzing test samples and processing test results of PCR tests.

Processing outside the EU/EER

All data processed by HTS is processed within the EU.
