We would of course like to prevent complaints, but it is possible that you are dissatisfied with our services. Use the form below to submit your complaint to us online. We handle all complaints with the utmost care. Do you have a question? Then use our chat function. At the bottom right you can ask your question to one of our employees and you will usually receive an answer within 5 minutes.

  • Your order number starts with C21 or C22 and can be found in the appointment confirmation email, both in the attachment and in the email subject. We need this number to find your appointment in our system.
  • Which location have you been to?
  • Describe your complaint in a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 1000 characters. State what your complaint is about and how we can best handle your complaint.

External, independent complaint handling

We try to take the best possible care for you. Yet it may hapen that you are not satisfied. Please let us know if you are not satisfied. You can submit your question or complaint to the independent Complaints Service Point for Care. A member of staff at the complaints desk will try to resolve your complaint with information and advice and they can put you in touch with an independent complaints officer. The officer can mediate between you and us so that together we can find a satisfying solution. You can easily reach the Care Complaints Desk by calling 070-310 53 92. The Disputes Committee

You can also submit a complaint to the external and independent Disputes Committe for Health Care. Your complaint will then become a dispute. An impartial, expert committee will assess your dispute and you will receive a binding decision. This means that you and we must abide by the dicision and cannot appeal the decision.
